PLEASE READ

We reserve the right to contact you regarding oversized orders/freight and charge an additional amount to cover their dimension or weight.

This applies to " Freight Transport :-Road/Train/Air" or "Postage :- Australia Post." for these items.

Postage and Handling

• Goods will be only be posted to your nominated Delivery address after payments have been received by Tilers & Trade Shop.

Refund Policy

• Any goods found to be faulty or not as describe upon receiving, will be refunded or exchanged at vendors cost.
• Items covered under warranty will be exchanged at vendors cost, or a store credit may be applied.
• Changes of mind or return of unused and undamaged goods will have a store credit, and a fee may be applied at buyers cost.
