It is a low VOC, water-based sealer formulated to provide maximum stain protection, especially in food preparation and serving areas. Ideal for all interior and exterior natural stone (including around salt water swimming pools), tile & grout surfaces. This premium sealer also includes built-in Microban® – Cured Sealant is Mould & Mildew Resistant, and this sealer lasts up to 15 years.

GRIPSET 38FC is a next generation, water based, fast curing, fibre reinforced SBR latex membrane designed for waterproofing applications to internal and external areas that will be covered over with toppings, tile beds or overlay finishes Gripset 38FC utilises the latest in fast cure technology, enabling rapid recoat and tile over times. Flexible, elastomeric and with low water vapour transmission properties, Gripset 38FC is a high performance waterproofing solution for domestic and commercial projects with time constraints that require fast turnaround times Key Features:
  • Water based, solvent free, non-toxic and non-flammable
  • Fast curing, able to be tiled over after only 4 hours
  • Fibre reinforced for enhanced tensile strength and workability
  • Can be flood tested after only 24 hours
  • Waterproof with the ability to withstand continuously wet environments and ponding without re-emulsifying
  • Flexible & elastomeric, accommodating normal substrate movement
  • Compatible with tile finishes, concrete, render and masonry toppings
  • Fast turnaround time, waterproofing and tiling applications can be completed within one day
